Over two decades, I have partnered with CEOs and leadership teams to unlock growth, steer cultural change, and deliver lasting transformation. I grew a consulting business fivefold prior to a successful private equity sale and have worked across major global markets to bridge strategy, execution, and impact.

Today, my focus is on purpose-driven ventures at the intersection of sustainability and capital, helping leaders navigate complexity with governance, measurement, and real-world credibility.

I work with organisations and investors to ensure that ambitious climate and nature solutions are:

I’m particularly interested in nature-based and hybrid solutions including durable carbon removal (e.g., biochar) as they illustrate both opportunity and the need for evidence, measurement, and governance.
